Abstract
This study was undertaken to evaluate the antifungal activities of the bioactive compounds produced by endophytic bacteria isolated from oil palm plants using TLC-Bioautography. Antifungal compounds used in this study have been extracted from potential endophytic bacteria from previous studies using ethyl acetate solvents. The antifungal compound was tested for its activity against the pathogenic fungus Fusarium oxysporum f.sp by using the TLC-bioautography method. The results showed 3 spots on the TLC plate for samples of B11 antifungal compounds with an incubation time of 54 hours and B11 with an incubation time of 24 hours. Observations of bioautographic antifungal activity test showed the presence of inhibition zones with the largest average percentage given by B11 with an incubation time of 24 hours is 11.59%. The inhibition zone provided by B11 with an incubation time of 54 hours is only 11.08%.

Abstract
Successful study, including in mathematics and science, is facilitated by English fluency, for which vocabulary mastery is a good predictor. This study aims to explore the estimated mastery of basic vocabulary (first thousand word list) among first year undergraduate students at Universitas Bengkulu. The design was descriptive. The sample included a class each from various departments. The instrument was a multiple choice test. Estimated mastery was calculated on the basis of percentage of correct answers. The results were as follows. At the English study program group, M= 882.5 and SD = 60.4. At the social and humanity department group, M = 707.6 and SD = 127.5. At the mathematics, science and engineering department group, M = 740.9 and SD = 113.1. Overall, at Universitas Bengkulu, M = 739.6 and SD = 115.8. The conclusion was that vocabulary mastery among the first year students still needed improvement. Further studies are recommended to (1) improve English instruction at secondary & tertiary institutions, and (2) conduct similar explorations at other institutions.

Abstract
Thinking process is a complex process and cannot be seen directly how the brain works and information is processed. Information received through the senses will be perceived by the parts that function specifically. In another hands, information processing refers to how to collect/ receive stimuli from the environment, organize data, solve problems, find concepts, and use verbal and visual symbols. To Improve this process, management education in class should be implemented to improve the result of learning process. Education management can be defined a series of processes of activities managing how to teach students in term of process with planning, organizing, directing or controlling, and assessing activities. While learning management in the narrow sense is defined as activities that need to be managed by educators during interactions with students in the implementation of learning and processing information. In this research, we show how the ability to process information in term of education management in student of Magister Mathematics Education. Specifically, the study saw the result of instruments implementation in subject of Cognitive Psychology in class. The instrument shows there was 97.5% improvement in term of the ability to process information and the 89.35% of student shows the tendency to use the instrument to improve the learning process in classs.

Abstract
Earthquake is one of frequently natural disasters which is still unpredictable. Nevertheless, we can still be able to reduce and prevent its negative impacts through implementing earthquake disaster preparedness. This study aimed to examine the effect of android-based earthquake game toward Bengkulu City elementary school student‘s knowledge about earthquake disaster preparedness. The subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students in Bengkulu City. The quasi experiment research was conducted using Matching – Only Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. Android-based earthquake game software was used as treatment in experiment group. Data was collected using multiple choices test sheet instrument. The result found that experiment group mean knowledge about earthquake disaster preparedness was higher than control group. It was also concluded that there was significant difference between experiment group and control group. The advantages and limitations of the android-based earthquake game and its implication to earthquake disaster preparedness education is discussed.

Abstract. This study is meant to describe the lecturers and student learning activity, and to boost the students- learning outcome through the problem-based learning model in the topic of creative thinking (entrepreneurship course). This research is a classroom research action which is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of 4 phases namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. This study uses descriptive study, with lecturer and students as the subjects of study. The data collection was done using observation and test. While, the research instrument comprises of observation sheets and test. Observation sheet is used to describe the lecturer and students- activities using the problem-based learning that are analyzed using the mean scores. Whilst, test was utilized to describe the students- learning outcome that is analyzed using the learning completeness categories

Abstract
Teaching materials are currently very dynamic in its development. The development of teaching materials is adjusted to the curriculum and student needs. Sometimes the basic things that are rarely considered in the development of teaching materials based on student needs, namely the text used as student reading material in making it easier for students to understand the subject. It finds it difficult for students in digesting the information or messages that they want to treat through the text, the technique is too long, errors in sentence structure, idea development, and the spelling used. This study aims to describe the thematic development patterns with language tools in the text of Mathematics and Natural Sciences teaching materials for Class VII Schools. This research method uses a descriptive analysis approach from the text contained in two teaching materials based on the 2013 Curriculum. This thematic progression model uses the Danes 1974 and Eggins 2004 models chosen as a theoretical analytical framework. The results of this study illustrates the pattern of progression themes and linguistic features in each field of teaching material analyzed. This will make it easier for students and teachers to understand the reading text contained in teaching materials. If the text of the teaching material has a thematic progression pattern and the language features are not good, this research can be an alternative evaluation in the development of teaching materials, especially in the selection of texts on teaching materials that will be developed by teachers or the government.
